What we do?
The innovation in question is a handheld point-of-care -testing (POCT) device. The test evaluates preliminary risk for cardiovascular disease (atherosclerosis) before clinical symptoms occur. A possibility for early detection enables immediate intervention for the disease in primary care.
Presentation of test results allows transfer of information and authentication over the telephone or the internet, along with patient guidance and physician referrals. This offers numerous opportunities for novel end-user services (e.g. doubled earnings logic) and also extension of further business development.
